Adapts a [LogStream](https://auscaster.com/icey/docs/api-reference/icy-LogStream.md#logstream) expression to void so the streaming log macros can short-circuit on the level filter inside a ternary (glog-style): the message arguments are never evaluated for filtered-out levels.
